I rode in a circular elevator when I was 14. It was in the central tube of the "Atomium" in Brussels. The car had no cables. Compressed air forced it up and down at high speed. It really was quick.. quite tummy-wrenching when starting descent. And you didn't just feel the speed. You could see the interior of the shaft whistling towards you and away, through glass panels in the ceiling and floor. That was all 60 years ago. I remember it as if it was last week.

YT owes the platform but not the creator or their uploaded content, YT isn't an authority to make any legal rulings only a COURT can but try tell YT that, it seems to favour large corporate bodies over individual user when it makes an illegal ruling, one party is punished(financial loss, destruction of IP property) whilst the other is supposedly remedied. TOS within contract(not an agreement) *Your admission to use YT is a form of payment to them, you and your creation becomes an asset, that's used as a form consideration(ad revenue), now they must honour their performances.* Neither the User or the users creation is owned by YT, that remains the intellectual property and legal responsibility of the uploader/creator. Customers(Users) can enforce their rights against the likes of YT by filing a suit or arbitration case if they can show they were actually harmed by a breach of the terms, the destruction of ones intellectual property is such that. Bottom line is that you can't compel someone to act in your interest without some form of contractual agreement(not all agreements are contracts) thus creating an obligation to perform. Ones consideration to use those services 'without payment', is the payment in itself, the more one uses YT the more it financially gains, now it's those services that have an obligation to perform. The problem with YT and others just like it, is that it can't decide whether it's a public platform or editorial publishers, it can't be both NOT LEGALLY. YT knows fine well the legal mine field and the cost that ensues within copyrighting and it's just enough for most(the majority of people) in not to laying claim to what they perceive to be rightfully theirs. Legality is nothing but a business transaction, those with the most money usually have the most purchasing POWER.

Here's a youtube compression lifehack everyone should know: You can render your 1080p video in 4K and upload it to youtube. FIchannel allocates more bandwidth for 4K videos so your 1080p video will look much better upscaled at 4K due to more available bandwidth.

In terms of mobile phones, I remember the old flagship Samsung phones (circa 2013) were great for just skipping most of the darker shades of green and hoping nobody noticed. And to be fair, not many people did notice, until they pulled out some digital colour charts as part of a review.. I'm sure other manufacturers were just as guilty of these behaviours, I just remember Samsung were particularly guilty of it, while still trying to boast about the "superior" quality of their products. This was done for the darker shades primarily because they're less easily noticed, the same reason some speaker manufacturers will make their subwoofers louder rather than higher quality. Many people will get volume confused with depth, and be satisfied with the Snoop Dogg sounds now present in their living rooms. It's not always about the quality of the source material. Unless we are still using a CRT display with an RGB input, I wouldn't expect perfect colour results anyway.

3:34 what does that show exactly? The graphs were on different scales. All you’ve shown is that a 202 - 201 change (1) is smaller than a 202-101 (101). You should have had them in the same scale - then, you could show that a 202/201 change (1.005) is smaller than a 2/1 change (2.0).
