While I agree with a great deal of what was said in this video, I think it needs to be said that the marijuana of today is not the same as the marijuana of 30 years ago. THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana, has risen from aprox. 15% to 80-90% (in such things as oils, "shatter", edibles, and "butter"). Hence, marijuana is, in many ways, not marijuana anymore. Many of those pushing for legalization don't seem to recognize or are seemingly unaware of that fact (of course some are bought out by the lobbyists). So, while for some it may have some medical benefits (actually CBD may have some benefits must research has not born out many, THC has fewer, if any), what is called "marijuana" is now more like hashish or more potent drugs. NOtE: since it is poorly regulated, such things as CBD oil have actually posed a health threat, as a recent recall involving high levels of lead suggests. In addition, high levels of pesticides have been found in marijuana. Check out the documentary "Marijuana X" by Michael DeLeon to learn more about potency levels and effects. Again, for some there may be some medical benefit, but for most, it can prove deleterious...not because it's marijuana, because it's not.

Moreover, we highly recommend you to use “BASE” and “MEDIUM” investment plans, where the deposit sum is not converted to BTL Tokens, but is frozen for the whole plan duration. According to these plans, you will daily receive net profit in BTL Tokens while keeping your deposit unchanged. This is the best solution that we can offer you. They also recommend purchasing 280-day investment plans “OPTIMAL”, “STABLE”, “SPECIAL”, “PREMIUM”, “MAXIMAL”. Since they have long duration you will receive daily payments in BTL Tokens which will be able to grow in price for 280 days and you will receive sizable profit from the growth of our token. On top of that, if cryptocurrency market will start growing, you will get additional profit through the fact that the quantity of BTL Tokens accrued on your deposit will also increase. That’s why it is much more profitable to use longer investment plans than short-term “LIMITED” plan now. We hope that these recommendations will help you to choose the optimal strategy of working at BITLES platform. Click the link bitles.eu/?ref=B0019751

While I support equal pay for equal work, fundamentally speaking, there is not equal work therefore there is not equal pay. Yes, women didn't chose to be the sole gender that bears child nor the one that needs to spend more time and effort to take care of the child, but that shouldn't be an arbitrary burden placed on the employers, they didn't choose this either. All you are going to encourage by demanding equal pay for less work is... discrimination in hiring, because now there is a good freaking reason. If you want to solve it institutionally, maybe make the government pay for maternity leave? I mean yes, theoretically we should provide paid family leave for both parent for every child birth, that could potentially arrive at equal work between genders. But not every employer can necessarily afford that(let's say small business that hired both with only 10 total employee, now 20% of the workforce is gone for a month or two while still getting paid, ain't gonna work great). This is why I feel like "less work" due to biology should be made up by the government, so that at the very least, down at the business level, there is no incentive to "discriminate" based on gender or marital status (and while I call it discriminate, it is in quotes because I believe if there exists an objective, rational reason, it isn't really discrimination). You cannot solve a problem by incentivizing another. Remember, we can only ever be expected to be compassionate as a society as a whole, you cannot force individual people to be charitable. And forcing individual employer to make objectively worse choices in hiring leading to them shouldering the cost of biology is just that, forcing them to be charitable. I mean we can force them to do so if they are large company, but we'd still need to cover those who work in smaller businesses or self employed because otherwise they'd end up suffering due to biology. So might as well just support them all with governmental program. I'd be willing to pay more taxes for this (if it only covers the first four children, I do feel everyone have a right to have a family once they are reasonably financial secure aside from the period of additional burden during child birth, but unusually large family on other people's dime? No. If you want that, you need to be able to financially support them yourselves). As for career choices, I do support getting women to enter STEM fields. Honestly, I feel some mostly useless majors like art history should be abolished. If you want to be a museum curator or something of that sort where it might be relevant, it should be a graduate level choice after a bachelor in a relevant field. Say chemistry, cause curating will need chemistry for both identification and preservation. And stuff like humanity whatever should be a graduate level course on top of psychology or sociology. You know, the majors that scams woman most of the time--I consider any major that does not significantly increases one's earning potential to be a scam, and given the career choices most people end up in after those courses, they are mostly scams.

Let's see; the Republicans passed laws in 2006 aimed at hobbling the USPS, I'm guessing because they saw $$$ signs if they could privatize it as they have the prisons. Now of course it's Mr. Drumpf who is determined to take down a structure that only benefits normal people, not billionaires and their families. Of course if only the Post Office had licked his arse and proposed to make him look great on a golden stamp, which he probably expects as his due, we wouldn't have this determination to dismantle the P.O.The extreme danger I now see is that the Republicans have realized that with Covid 19 and other problems, such as freedom of speech and other ridiculous rights held by the great unwanted (non-Republicans); their party is going to fail if by mail voting is allowed. Imagine how disastrous the free expression by mail voting will be to their party.
